COVID-19

 Can I pick up my order?

Yes, choose the pickup option during checkout.

Orders are ready within 24 hours, except weekends.

You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up.

Pick up only available Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm.

What are the Covid-19 measures?

Wearing a mandatory mask for employees and customers.

Payment by credit or debit card only.

Our Pick up address is only for Pick up, not a physical store.

You need to contact us before returning to the pick up address.

No clients allowed inside the house.

DELIVERY

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery time can depend on where you live.

In general, XPRESSPOST delivery takes 3 to 5 days.

Where is my tracking number?

Once we have processed your order, we will upload your XPRESSPOST tracking number in your user's account.

You can also check your delivery status in track my order.

How much is the shipping?

The flat rate is $15 on all orders under $125. This includes XPRESSPOST services & parcel tracking number.

When will you ship my order?

We usually ship your order on the same day if you have paid before 11 am.

If not, we ship on the next business day.

Please note that Post Canada is only open Monday to Friday.

If you order during the weekend, we will ship your package Monday Morning.

PAYMENTS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

I don’t have a credit card, how can I pay?

We accept PayPal, INTERAC, ApplePay, GooglePay in addition to MasterCard, Visa and American express cards.

How do I send E-transfer Interac?

When checking out, choose the option "Interac e-Transfer by email"

To make an Interac e-Transfer: Open a banking session on the website of your financial institution.

  1. Choose Interac e-Transfer option from the transfer payment menu.
  2. Create a recipient (INFINITE8SHOP) by entering our email address: info@infinite8shop.com
  3. Enter the information concerning the Interac e-Transfer: amount of the invoice to be paid debit account.
  4. Security question: enter "my order" answer: enter "SHOP" and the number of your order. (ex: if your order number is 1344, your answer should be: SHOP1344)
  5. Follow the instructions to validate the information and send the transfer order.
  6. We will process order upon receipt of the Interac transfer.

How can I make a return??

You are not satisfied with your order, you can return your item.

Any return request must be made to info@infinite8shop.com about 7 days following the delivery date.

  1. Send an email with: Your name, your order number, the name of the item in question and the reason for the request.
  2. All returns must be authorized before being returned to us.
  3. Any merchandise returned without an authorization number will be automatically returned to the sender at his expense.
  4. All merchandise must be returned in the original state of purchase: unworn, unused, unaltered and all labels must still be in place.
  5. It is important to protect the original packaging before returning.

Shipping costs are not refundable, shipping costs are always at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective.

In that case, INFINITE8SHOP will pay the return shipping cost according to its terms.

Customers must make sure to post the item to be returned within 5 business days of issuing the return authorization.

Otherwise, a credit will be issued and no refund will be given.

How long does it take to be refunded to my credit card?

Although we will submit any refunds to your bank immediately, the bank still needs to process the refund and apply it to your account. Processing times may vary from bank to bank (about 5 to 10 working days).

Refunds can appear as credit or cancellation.

If the refund is made during the authorization period (typically 7 days from the initial transaction), you may still see the charge as "pending" on your statement until the authorization period expires.
